Harbor Lawn in Costa Mesa holds an ecumenical service each year. There was a pastor, a priest, a Buddhist monk and two rabbi's. Each offered a short devotional in honor of the loved ones and their families. It was lovely!

Remerbrance Service- Crestlawn 12-17-2009
Remembrance Services are a tradition at many of the mortuaries. Crestlawn in Riverside is one of the largest and this service had over 250 attendees. Each participant is invited to light a candle in honor of their departed loved one.
Calvary Cemetery 12-4-2009

Waverly Church at Fairhaven is gorgeous. The acoustics are marvelous and this was a lovely, well attended service.
New Philadelphia Church -Carson 10-29-2009
New Philadelphia Church in Carson was the location for this magnificent service. The family flew in from all parts of the country. Many of the decedents' family were musicians, so the service was filled with incredible music.

Grave Side Service -All Souls Cemetery 10-21-2009

This lovely Memorial Service was beautifully planned and executed with the help of a catering service that specializes in funerals.

Corona Women's Club 8-22-2009
Historic Corona Women's Club was the venue for this lovely memorial. The event was catered and the pastor was eloquent. This building craftsman style building was built in 1913.

Resurrection Cemetery- Montebello 5-22-2009
Resurrection Cemetery, located in Montebello, is a lovely Catholic fianl resting place. This service was a loving tribute to the husband, father and grandfather. All Souls Cemetery and Mausoleum of Long Beach is a gorgeous facility. I was pleased to be able to assist the family. I got a call at 7:30 am and was able to play for the 1:00 pm service!

Riverside National Cemetery is a spectacular cemetery for veterans and their families. The services are rather short, but this one was lovely. There was a dove release as well as the harp.
